ABOUT US
Authentic Business Consultants and Coaches, (ABC² )LLC was founded by a local business executive, Bryan Goodman, to serve the business community, in a meaningful and authentic manner.
Bryan started in business at the young age of 10, when he acquired three Oregonian newspaper routes, including the requirement to manage the accounts receivables for 150+ customers, learning first hand how important it is to provide unbridled customer service and strict cash management! He went on to the University of Oregon, where he worked while attending school, to pay for 100% of his college education. He started his professional career with Precision Castparts Corp. as a Sales Engineer., and decided to pursue his MBA at Portland State University at night, while working full time. Shortly after graduation, he was asked to take on a "turn-around" for the Medical Prosthetics group, and successfully grew the teams skills and improved the processes, to allow them to scale the business unit to the number one market position in the world.

Looking for a new challenge, Bryan was recruited to Columbia Machine Inc., a Global Leader in Factory Automation Equipment, with four divisions, as the VP of Operations. Through his leadership in global market strategy, product development/acquisitions and the development of people, process and performance management systems, he quickly made an very positive impact to grow market reach and internationally scale the business. This included securing the number one market position in North America, Latin America and India, as well as incorporating manufacturing operations in Asia and Europe to grow these local markets. Finally, in the midst of the 2008/2009 recession, with business off 65%+, Bryan as COO initiated and led efforts, to create a new "start-up" business, that he lead as President, to create jobs, and add a fifth product division, with a profitable revenue stream, that continues to grow and positively impact the business today.
Bryan spent 2004-2016 supporting and volunteering on the board of directors for a local non-profit, Northwest High Performance Enterprise Consortium (NWHPEC.ORG), that grew to the largest non-profit continuous improvement focused consortium in the world.
